英語四六級

2015年6月的大學生英語四六級考試已經開始備考，本文為備考四六級的同學們整理了五組英語作文中常見的話題詞匯及相關句子，具體內容如下：

第一組：出國留學[微博]

1. 留學生 international students 或者overseas students

造句練習：最近十年在華留學生人數明顯增加。

參考答案：The recent decade witnesses a dramatic growth in the number of international students。

2. 出國留學 go abroad to study 或者 study abroad

造句練習：眾所周知出國留學可以開闊眼界。

參考答案：It is well-known that going abroad to study can broaden our horizon。

3. 深造 further one’s study

造句練習：我想申請貴校的獎學金，以期在經濟學領域繼續深造。

參考答案：I would like to apply for the scholarship in your institute so as to further my study in economy。

4. 孔子學院 Confucius college

造句練習：世界各國的孔子學院是中外文化交流的重要場所 。

參考答案：Confucius colleges around the world are the significant places where Sino-cultural exchanges take place。

第二組：青少年教育

1. 青少年：juvenile, teenager, adolescent

造句練習：家長[微博]和老師應該鼓勵青少年參加課外活動。

參考答案：Parents and teachers are expected to encourage adolescents to take part in extra-curricular activities 。

2. 素質教育quality-oriented education

造句練習：隨著素質教育的發展，越來越多的人開始關注青少年的心理健康。

參考答案：As quality-oriented education develops, people increasingly pay attention to adolescent psychology。

3. 學習成績 academic achievement

造句練習：學習成績不能成為評價學生的唯一標準。

參考答案：Parents should cultivate children's awareness of independence。

第三組：大學生教育

1. 高等教育 higher education ;高校 higher school(注意不是“高中”)

參考答案：The past decade witnesses a rapid advancement in higher education。

2. 本科畢業 graduate with bachelor degree

造句練習：我將于2015年本科畢業于人力資源專業。

參考答案：I will graduate with a bachelor degree in Human Resources in 2015.

3. 獲得學位 acquire academic degree

造句練習：越來越多的高校規定考試作弊的大學生不能獲得學位。

參考答案： A growing number of higher schools set a regulation that undergraduates cannot acquire academic degree if they cheat in examinations。

4. 教育背景 academic background; educational background

造句練習：我認為我的教育背景和工作經驗及其接近貴公司的要求。

參考答案： I am certain that my academic background and working experience closely parallel your company's requirements。

第四組：經濟

1. 購買力 purchasing power

造句練習：經濟的發展使國民的購買力大幅提升，從而有更多的錢用于教育、旅游、日常開銷等。

參考答案：Economic growth brings citizens greater purchasing power which makes it available for them to cover education, travel，daily expenses and so forth。

2. 消費 v. consume ; n. consumption

造句練習：在人們生活水平大幅提高的今天，更要倡導理性消費。

參考練習：Today while living level are greatly advanced, rational consumption should be advocated even more。

3. 電子商務 electronic commerce

造句練習：在數字時代，電子商務在經濟領域扮演著越來越重要的作用。

參考答案：In digital era, electronic commerce plays an increasing role in the field of economy。

4. 投資 investment

造句練習：按照國際慣例，在一個國家教育投資應該占其國民生產總值的4%。

參考答案：In line with international convention, education investment in a country should account for 40 percent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP for short)。

第五組：業余生活

1. 名人崇拜 celebrity worship

造句練習：凡事都有兩面，名人崇拜也不例外。一方面，那些值得尊敬的名人可以為青少年粉絲樹立良好的榜樣。另一方面，某些名人，尤其是某些娛樂明星的不當行為也可能被心智尚未成熟的青年所效仿。

參考答案：Every coin has two sides, without the exception of celebrity worship. For one thing, the respectable celebrities can set good examples for adolescents. 2. 養寵物 keeping pets

3. 整形手術 plastic surgery

造句練習：科技的發展， 手術成本的降低，使整形手術走進普通人，但是不能否認整形手術對于健康有一定程度的危害。

4. 集郵 collecting stamps 或者philately

造句練習：現在，許多傳統的愛好在逐步消失，例如集郵。
